The Pastures

Planning permission was obtained to remodel an extensive but unremarkable 1970’s bungalow, adding a new floor with roof terrace, to make the most of views over the beautiful existing garden. This is a re-modelling masquerading as a new build, as the whole house was clad in Ipe cladding and new windows added throughout, transforming the 1970s house to a 21st century new design.
