Three floors of a mansion block were remodelled to create a spacious 2 bedroom flat for rental, and a spectacular minimalist two-floor apartment with views onto a 60m garden. A key aim of the brief was to transform a dark basement into the main living space with a glazed extension and a glass floored terrace to the master bedroom above. A double height space leads down from the entrance hall to the basement. Garden design by Adam Shepherd.
