Although instinctively contemporary in style, the practice has a track record of sensitive refurbishments to period and listed properties. The main aim is to fully understand a client’s vision for their property and help to make this a reality.




One of the main strengths of the practice is their hands on approach to construction management. To achieve the dual aim of quality of product and value for money, Archplan have developed a fairly unique system of project management for small to medium sized projects.

The Archplan co-ordination service employs a series of specialist tradesmen and sub contractors on behalf of clients, and procures materials directly to obtain the best prices possible. This allows a wide range of skills and management expertise not normally associated with small contractors.


Building on our wide range of trade contacts, Archplan offers a maintenance and property management service. The practice organises the letting, management, and long-term maintenance of investment properties for a number of clients in the United Kingdom and overseas.

Having a wide experience of working with overseas clients the practice can offer a “one stop shop” service, co-coordinating the other professionals such as surveyors, engineers, solicitors and letting agents required for the completion of a successful project. Using e-mail, clients anywhere in the world can be fully involved with design choices, and kept up to date with regular updates through progress photographs and cost reports.
