Fees

Fees are generally calculated as a percentage of the cost of work and payable with valuations during construction. For a more limited involvement, a fixed fee can be agreed for a defined scope of work, or paid on a time charge basis.

Property search:

Typical fee is 1% of the purchase price, or 10% of the first year's rental

Property Management:

Typical fee is 5% of annual rental

Architectural Services & design:

Typical fee is 7.5% of construction work

Project management and co-ordination:

Typical fee is 7.5% of construction work
