The brief was to create an expansive living space out of two adjacent 1960s terrace houses in Camden, whilst retaining a flat for rental. The solution was to link the two properties at ground floor level, and construct a rear glazed kitchen extension. On the upper floors one house was converted into a two bed flat, while the other house had the bedrooms for the main property. Clean lines, a minimalist approach to design and an abundance of light were the main style requirements for the clients.
